Return and Exchange policy

Apply to all eBabies products.

Damage Items

Our product quality and customer satisfaction is important to us. All items are inspected before leaving our hands. We are highly suggest you to inspect all items as soon as you receive them. In the event that something happens during shipping, please notify us immediately (next day at the latest) prefer with a photo of damage products so we can claim the damage with the carrier.

We will accept any damaged or defective merchandise for return within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at cs@ebabies.com.hk, we are happy to arrange a replacement, refund, or credit. Please be sure to include your name/email/invoice #/item #/credit card #/ reason for return and whether you would like to exchange (which we prefer) or receive a credit. Return address:

The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the purchaser upon dispatch.

Return or Exchange items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 5 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. If you are unsure about the measurement of the product, please email us at cs@ebabies.com.hk. So please check with us about the measurement before you order to avoid unnecessary shipping charges and avoidable harmful effects on the environment.

Please e-mail us at cs@ebabies.com.hk if you would like to refund or exchange you items. We recommend returning the product by registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on the way back to us.

All items returned need to be unworn, unused and unwashed. If you choose to get a refund we will refund 80% of the purchase price of the products; unfortunately you will be responsible for return postage if you choose to exchange products so please include a large size envelope with sufficient postage on. 

Incorrect or Faulty Items

Of course, if we send you the wrong product we will exchange it at no extra cost or refund your money (including postage) upon return of the item.  Faulty products will also be exchanged or refunded including postage when returned in unworn, unused and unwashed condition. Customer damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
